The pricing difference
Dispute Daddy costs $99 a month per business. No success fee, no per-dispute charge, no exit fee.
Chargeback Gurus doesn’t publish prices that we could find. Its site sends buyers to “Get Started” and a demo request, and the /pricing address returned a not-found page on October 25, 2026. Its FAQ fills in a few details:
- The contract is month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
- A nominal setup fee may apply, case by case.
- If you’d rather send evidence on request than give it access to your systems, it charges an extra $3 per chargeback.
- Its guarantee: if you don’t see a return each month, you can end the relationship, though it asks you to give it at least 90 days.
The FAQ is undated, so confirm every term in the agreement you’re offered.
Two different approaches
Chargeback Gurus pairs software with people. Its pages describe a platform guided by AI and human experts, where you can let its team manage disputes end to end or give your own team the tools. Its FAQ says it connects to your processor, gateway and CRM to collect the records, and its analysts build the case and send it to your bank. Prevention alerts and analytics sit alongside.
Dispute Daddy keeps you in charge. You upload the dispute notice and your own records: the agreement, the receipt, proof the service happened, your messages with the customer. Dispute Daddy turns them into a response packet aimed at the reasons the customer gave. You approve it and submit it to your processor.
Worth knowing: outsourcing usually means sharing logins to your processor and customer systems. That can be a fair trade at high volume. If you’d rather not hand over that access, work from documents instead.
Who each is built for
Chargeback Gurus says it serves mid-market businesses up to Fortune 500 companies, and its platform page names both small and enterprise customers. Its industry pages cover ticketing, cruise, gaming, retail, subscriptions, hospitality, car rental, telecom, tech and media, and insurance. It also offers its platform to payment companies that manage many merchants.
Dispute Daddy is built for service businesses (dental and medical practices, salons, contractors, professional services) and works for every other industry too.
When Chargeback Gurus fits better
- You want experts to run your disputes and are comfortable giving them access to your systems.
- You need prevention alerts or tools that share order details with the customer’s bank before a dispute turns into a chargeback. Dispute Daddy doesn’t offer them.
- You’re in one of its focus industries, such as hospitality, car rental, telecom or ticketing, and want a team that specializes in it.
- You’re a payment company that needs a platform across many merchants.
If you’d rather keep your logins, review every response, and pay one flat price, that’s Dispute Daddy.
